Yes, a mild fever for a day or two is a normal immune response. Paracetamol as advised, fluids, and rest. Call us if it crosses 102°F or persists.

Totally normal at this age — newborn sleep is irregular. Try a calm, consistent bedtime routine and daytime light exposure. It improves a lot by 3–4 months.
