Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains returns and refunds for books and products, digital courses, and appointments.
Books & physical products
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded — please share a photo when you contact us.
- Once we receive and check the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Online courses & e-books
- Because digital content is available immediately, course enrolments and e-book purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- If you have not started a course, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- If you were charged in error or cannot access your purchase, contact us and we will put it right.
Appointments
- You can reschedule or cancel an appointment from your appointments panel.
- Please give us reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to another family.
- Any consultation fee paid online for a cancelled appointment will be refunded or adjusted to your next visit.
