Payments

Payments for consultations (chamber and online video), courses, books and products are collected at the time of booking or checkout and are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets). All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) before you confirm payment. We do not store your card or banking details on this website. If an amount is deducted without a confirmed booking or order, it is refunded automatically in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Appointment details — the child’s name and age, parent/guardian name, phone, email and the reason for the visit.
Account & order details — name, email, billing and shipping address, and the items you order.
Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
